1. Accepta/nce of Terms

By using Tella Health, Bedside Buddy, or Optical OS, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

We provide workflow, healthcare support, and operational software tools.

3. No Medical Advice

These applications do not provide medical advice.
All clinical decisions must be made by licensed professionals.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the services lawfully

• Not input unauthorized PHI into non-HIPAA environments

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

5. HIPAA Responsibility

For enterprise users:

• You are responsible for ensuring HIPAA compliance within your organization

• A Business A/ssociate Agreement (BAA) may be required for PHI use

6. Data Usage

You retain ownership of your data.
We are granted a limited license to process it to provide services.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to hack or disrupt services

• Reverse engineer the software

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from misuse of the services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
